The scientific journal Studia Iuridica Cassoviensia is an electronic open-access journal providing the users with online access to scientific information free of charge and without restriction. The philosophy of open access is to provide free, unrestricted access to research and its publications without infringing the copyright. To preserve these copyrights, the use of the contents of this journal is governed by the internationally accepted Creative Commons licenses, the purpose of which is to make the copyright works available to the widest possible public. Creative Commons licenses supplement the Copyright Act, define copyright in various ways, and allow works to be shared and reused under specified terms.
The authors of the submitted manuscripts accept that their published papers will be used under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC 4.0), which allows users to read, print and download the document, republish the document with the obligation to indicate the author, translate the document for own use, not for distribution, reuse parts of the document in other works with the obligation to indicate the author, but without re-using the document for commercial purposes.
